Parts support is as important as the forklift itself. We are perfectly aware of the problems caused by a failure and the fact that, more often than not, the cost of the component has nothing to do with the machine downtime.
With this in mind, and as part of our warranty, we include a pack of spare parts with each unit sent, so that our customers have an initial set of parts to give service.
Additionally, when we find a critical update, we send it to all of the units that we think need to be updated, so that all of our customers can have the latest versions of all of the components.
Nevertheless, it's important that our dealers create their own stock, so that they can quickly provide service to the end users.
We answer all of these special enquiries within 24H, and if the part is in stock, it will be sent the same day, so that your equipment is down for the least time possible.
